Hi. I have CCM 6.1 and i have Units Remaining (-5), and Service "Cisco License Manager" has status "Not Running". When i want remove not use phone i see error message
"Error occurred. One or more record did not get deleted. [4911]Unable to connect to the license manager"
You can help me fix it

Restart Licensing Service Manager. If you go to the CallManager Serviceability page, and then from the Tools pull down, select 'Control Center - Network Services' and select the Cisco License Manager and then click on the restart icon.

hi. thank's for you answer, but i resolve this problem. I remove and install license file.

I've had the same problem. Restarting the service resloved the problem.
