CCM 9 upgrade- K9 form

Dear All,

I have ordered upgrade kit for CCM 9 through PUT tool. I choose e-delivery option. I receive the upgrade confirmation from cisco.

When I start to download the medi kit, it asks me for "K9 form". Did any one know what is this ?

This form is required for Encrypted Software Access.You need to download this form for once and is mandatory.

Hi Anas,

Did u select Restricted Software while placing the order through Upgrade Tool which has enryption features and as such these images are subject to Foreign plicy, anti-terrorism laws and export regulations.

Also, whether this software would be deployed like Military/Defense Organisation.You need to agree to these terms by using K9 form to download image.
