I'm implemeting 'site code' between sites and get a problem the IP phone 'presence' status to other site's
IP phone has 4-digits extension and use 'site code' to dial another location and the 6-digits telephone number updated into AD (CCM LDAP sync from AD)
-81=siteA
-82=siteB
...
Two cases,
1. IP Phone 'presence' from directory 'placed call' when dial from '81' site-code area
-dial 812001, the IP phone shows 'idle'
-dial 822001, the IP Phone shows 'unknown'
2. Attendant Console. added IP phones from siteA and siteB but both IP phone status are 'unknown'
How to get updated the IP phone 'presence' status which implemeting 'site code'?
Thanks in advance,

On the CallManager servers, verify if there is a file named C:\Program Files\Cisco\Call Manager Attendant Console\userlists\Autogenerated.txt. This file should be the one that a default installation of Attendant Console should create, based on the sync timeout of the TCD Service's service parameters Make sure you check both servers

Hi,
Look at this:
If you want this to work properly, you must put all your extensions like 6 digits in the same Partition (Internal and not SiteA, SiteB,...) and strip the first two digits using a Translation pattern so you can keep using 4 digits on the same site.
This way, your Attendant Console can see the status of the phones...
Easily said if your whole configuration is working now, I know... Sorry!
