ccm subscriber not sync with publisher

ccm 4.1(3) 1 pub, 2xsub, after rebooting 3 ccm in sequence, the sub 2 not synced with pub, in the sql database manager under replication monitor, the sub2 showing the last action is: "The row was not found at the Subscriber when applying the replicated command." tried synchorinizing many times the error still ther:

The last distribution agent error detail message:

Transaction sequence number and command ID of last execution batch are 0x00023BD600002270000100000000 and 1.

Any idea will be great appreciate.

You could try following this guide:
