Hi,
We are using CCM 4.2(1) with CUE 2.3 (installed on the voice gateway). Now we want to import the users from CCM to the CUE for configuring the voicemail for the users. We have configured the user ids in the CCM with numeric characters only....like 111, 131, 144 etc.., However when we try to import these users from the CCM to CUE we are getting the following error...
"User Id must contain only letters, numbers, and the characters underscore (_), dot (.) and dash (-). User Id must start with a letter and end with a letter or number"
So from the error it states that the user id on the CUE should start with a letter only....
So how to solve this issue, can someone advice me on this pls...
