We have a LDAP with a forest and two trees (the father and the son). I configure the CCM to syncronize with two directory using userPrincipalName as User ID, and the authentication with a forest administrator user. Then we can see all users in both trees, but only the users in the father tree can authenticate in CCMUSER page. How can I solve this issue?
Thanks.

Did you configure LDAP authentication to point to both of these trees?
Are all the users associated with "Standard End User Group"?

How I configure LDAP authentication to point to both of these trees? In LDAP authentication I have configured a user with forest administrator rights that belongs to the father tree. Probably there is the problem...
All users are associated with Standard End User Group.
Thanks for reply.

You can point to the top level tree, basically the idea is to encompass all the users here.

I think the configuration is like you say:
Tree 1 (user administrator rights)

Son tree
Thanks.
