Hi all,
When I click Help in CCM6 Business Edition I get error message"The requested resource (/Help/en_GB/ccm/ctx/ccm_phonesearch.html) is not available." but if I manually change the URL to "https://x.x.x.x/Help/en_US/ccm/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/frameset.htm?context=ccmcfg&topic=ccm_phonesearch".
It seems to work if I change the bit "en_GB" to "en_US".
Any offers?

This is a bug (bug ID CSCsi48388).
CCM6.0 checks the Regional Settings of your PC and shows (it tries..) the help pages in your own language.
As workaround, if applicable, you can set in your PC the Regional Settings to en_US.
