Expansion Module 1 not configured

I am installing a 7961G with a 7914 for the first time. I configured the type 7961 addon 1 7914 line in the ephone programming but all I get are red lights on the 7914. Any ideas???

Can you verify which version of SCCP firmware you have configured on your tftp-server?

The latest 7914 firmware is 8.x load S00105000200.sbn, trying installing this version.
