CCME 4.1 and Unity 7

Hello all,

My name is Kenneth and I'm running CME 4.1 with a VM server running Unity 7. I'm trying to intergrate the two but have issues everytime I go and press the message button, i get a busy signal when I try and dial to the unity box, Why is this happening??

Also I have a CUCM 7x server as well, and I'm stuck on figuring out why my dial-plan does not work. I try and dial out and i don't get the access code sound and able to dial out to the PSTN. I'm using a H323 as my protocol.

Yes, but still nothing is working correctly. I tried to  hit the message button and nothing. Just get busy
