Hello,
Can someone tell me if CCME has the capability to support mutliple sites? I have a remote site that management wants telephones at(phone traffic must stay seperate from data) and we have a T1 there for data. All the second site has is an unamaged switch not capable of PoE.
Any information is appreciated. I can give more information if required.
Thank you

Hi Sean,
Yes, CME can support "multiple sites", it depends how phone are able to reach the HQ location for registration (VPN Tunneling, FR, ATM...). If you don't want to mix data and voice traffic, you must install another Wan link just for voice traffic.

Hi,
I would recommend you to check the supported deployment models for CME.

For multisite we recommend distributed call processing. You can have remote teleworkers with CME, but the amount of phones on remote sites will be determined by the available bandwidth:

Tere.
