CCME:DSP Keepalive Timeout displayed in the phone when using codec g723

Hi,
I have a problem about IP communication using the g723.1 codec to call to a Huawei Softswitch.
When the phone establish the call, then the distant phone rings.
But when hanged on, the call seems be terminated, in the screen of the 7961 display "DSP KeepAlive timeout".
What is this problem, and is there any workaround?
Does it need a dspfarm or transcoder configuration like used with CallManager? If yes how to?

IP Phone 7961 doesnt support G.723 we will need a transcoder.
are u using cme or cucm.
whats the exact call flow?
depending that, search in cco transcoding configuration and you will find 1 of our guides.
