CCME gives error while Installing

I have purchased a 2801 router with CCME. When i tryed to install CCME in a Windows XP machine I got a Error. Can you help me to solve this. the error description is specified below.

Hi, you do not have to install anything in windows. The software you're trying to install will not help you getting ccme to work.

Search CCO "ccme system administrator guide" a read some introduction task. Then telnet to the router and begin configuring like the documents guides you to.
