CCX configuration

Dear Friends...

i have CUCM 6.1.3 and now i got a new requirment to configure CCX 7 with this call manager. Can any one please give me some idea how to do this. i know there are loads of information available on internet or docs. but i have some bad time lines to finish this . if some one can guide me .. steps or things to consider or take care when configuring this

Please share the steps to configure this.. clients need to record the calls. is there any kind of licensing . Is ther any compatibility issue with the versions of call manager and CCx version

CCX configuration

for UCCX integration with CUCM you need to obtain the relevant licence

license for number of ports

license for the UCCX/IVR server

if have it in HA two server you need HA license

you need to make sure what type of recording supervisor recording or call recording for every call if the later one then you need QM server and license for QM into UCCX

for the integration you can refer to the cisco guide of installing and integrating UCCX which is more than enough
