I’m trying to run a CDR report of our Hunt Pilot usage.
Here is the setting of one of the Hunt Pilot for IT Help Desk group.
Hunt Pilot 41100 -> Hunt list 41100 -> Line Groups (Help Desk-Main; Help Desk-nightshift; Voice Mail)
Help Desk-Main: DN 41201 , 41202, 41203, 41204
Help Desk-nightshift: DN 41205
We configured a translation pattern 12345 to 41100 which assigned with a DID number XXX-XX1-2345. This DID is the published IT support number.
When I run the CDR report < Device Reports > Route Pattern/Hunt Pilots > Hunt Pilot Summary> for HP 41100, all comes out with null. See attached capture.
Is there anything I did wrong? Please advise.
