I live in a city where we use two area codes for dialing across state lines. Since most of us dial using 10 digits, is there a way I can configure CDR Analysis to correctly flag those calls that are now getting classified as long distance to be classified as local ? I am trying to have our CDR Report to serve as a check and balance against what the SIP Provider will be sending us. It will also server as a heads up if we are using more long distance that we have in the pool, so we can alert management/accounting that the bill will be a little more this month before they get the bill.
Suggestions ?

CAR -> system -> system parameters -> dial plan configuration, and do whatever adjustments you need.

Thanks for the email. I found that area but it wont let me enter the areacode and force them to be consider as local calls.
Looks like a TAC call is the next thing I will need to do.
