CDR confidentiality on CUCM 9.0

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding confidentiality of CDR information stored on CUCM 9.0 server, for the time going from CDR creation and its export to the external billing server. How can I make sure this information cannot be accessed by any unauthorised user?

It cannot be accessed, same as anything else on CM when you do not have the admin access.

Unless you have access to the CLI, CAR or via AXL, there's no way someone can read the CAR info.
