Hey Guys
Just trying to get CDR Search by Phone going however when ever i try run that report i get error 10021
We have both a subscriber and publisher server.
Any tips of where i should be looking to resolve this? I have seen some older threads

how ever when ever i check in CM administration under system>service perameters> i dont have a have an option for CDR
Any idea?

Looks like you don't have the complete config in place for CDR, first please complete it as per the following doc
