I have an issue in CDR file from CUCM 10.5. When i am looking th3e entries in CDR file i am unable to find the called number for incoming calls. Below i am giving the incoming call scenario.
If some one called to my office it will reach to IVR first then to desired Extension or Operator.
Now if I check the CDR file i am getting called number as IVR pilot number instead of original Mobile or Landline number. Can anyone help to find from where will I get the original called number.

Can you tell me, how are you generating the report?
Also, please do check the following service parameter which is by default False.
Show Line Group Member DN in finalCalledPartyNumber CDR Field.
You can set it to true and see if you get the desired result.
