I have recently upgraded our CUCM to ver 9.1.1 from 8.6.
I use PRI and only receive the last 4 digits from the telco. When receiving inbound calls I send them to Unity Connections VM Pilot DN 2050.
So a PRI call comes DN 2401 and then immediately transfers to VM 2050 to hear greeting and then customer can hear greetings and chooses an option.
RAW CDR are then sent off to Infortel Cisco Report server. Listed below is output from the RAW CDR:
CUCM - 9.1.1
originalCalledPartyNumber finalCalledPartyNumber
2401 2050
Before upgrading the CDR used to be which worked within Infortel report server.
CUCM - 8.6.2
originalCalledPartyNumber finalCalledPartyNumber
2401 2401
Does anyone know how to make a change so the bottom example would be the working config?

Hi there,
I'm just wondering if you weren't actually seeing this 8.6 bug;
Maybe time for a TAC case
Cheers!

Got any solution for above mentioned issue ? Because in my case, Pilot number is the final called party number in CDR. Then how to know who answered the call?
