Hi,
I was trying to extract CDR files from February 1 to February 28 (Please see attached file), and as per checking that the RAW files were transfer to preserve state of CUCM CDR and the process stops from February 1 to 3. And as per checking also that the CDR Services uptime is about 237 Days and the CDR Enable Flag is set to True.
May i ask if what would be the possible reason why the CDR extraction is stopped.
