Hi,
I have CallManager 8.5 and when i check "Select Phone Number/SIP URL(s)", i have message error !
Error code Error Description
10021 There are no matching records.
Have idea ?

Hi
Is your ip phone is registered to different subscriber in the cluster ?
If so, make sure CDR is enabled in that subscriber too. It would be in
ServiceParameters---->CDR Enabled Flag---->True

Hi
I believe the calling or called party number whaterver you are giving to check is not there in CDR,
Just try to search the CDR without giving any phone numbers and check.

Exact !
When I puts nothing, I see CDR but not everything.
I see no call of my IP Phone.
Only 3 IP Phone and i have 300 IP Phone.

Hi
Is your ip phone is registered to different subscriber in the cluster ?

Exact for subcriber, i need "CDR Enabled Flag" = True.

Hi All,
Assume that I have one Publisher and 4 Supscriber in the Cluster. Is is enough to enable "CDR Enabled Flag" just on publisher.
All the subscribers have registered phones.
if ı enabled "CDR Enabled Flag" on publisher. is it enough or I have to enable this parameter on all subscriber which they have registered phones.
