I have CallManager 8.5 and when i check "Select Phone Number/SIP URL(s)", i have message error !
Error code Error Description
10021 There are no matching records.

I believe the calling or called party number whaterver you are giving to check is not there in CDR,
Just try to search the CDR without giving any phone numbers and check.
When I puts nothing, I see CDR but not everything.
I see no call of my IP Phone.
Only 3 IP Phone and i have 300 IP Phone.
Assume that I have one Publisher and 4 Supscriber in the Cluster. Is is enough to enable "CDR Enabled Flag" just on publisher.
All the subscribers have registered phones.
if ı enabled "CDR Enabled Flag" on publisher. is it enough or I have to enable this parameter on all subscriber which they have registered phones.
