Hello guys,
im getting empty CDR files. All I see is the headers but no information of calls is available. The CUCM version is 8.0(2). I checked all services associated with CDR and are enabled. What else should I look into? Thanks.

Where are you seeing the info??
Directly in CUCM or thru external app/sending flat files to external repository.
The enable CDR flag is PER server, is this enabled in all servers where devices are registered??
HTH
java

Im getting the empty files when I generate the files through the CUCM itself, there is no third-party application receiving the files. There is only one server in the cluster. Where do you really activate the CDR flag? The list of services in the node is the following:

The CUCM is reporting the files, Ive just checked. It was just misinformation from the client. Thanks all for your help.
