Hi Anas. Thanks. I have already done what you suggested but you still have to manually send the reports either via PDF or CSV. It seems that there is no way to automate emailing the report.

Hi,
Can u try the following steps :
a. set up mailserver settings in system---> Ssyetm parameters---> Mail parameters Mail Id user needs to be created in Mail server as well . Configure Mail domian like xyz.com and mail server name as IP address like 10.240.1.5
b. configure sender's email e-mail id, mail server name and mail domain.
c. assign user who wish to receive the CDR reports with CDR admin priviliges.Standard CAR Admin user and Standard CTI Enabled.
d. Make sure that userid and primary extension are assoicated with the user.
e. now go to Cisco Unified serviceability, Tools CDR and reporting --> Report---Automatic Generation /Alert to recive the reports
The end user confiured in step b would receive mails.

Perhaps this would be of use?:
I'm sorry, this still is under development as the automated email/FTP is still being implemented. So right now it's done on-demand.
It's a third party app call Variphy Insight - you can request a free trial and mention the Cisco Support Forum to get a 90 day trial.
