CDR Reports frm CUCM 7.1

Hi CSC team,

I'm using CUCM 7.1, trying to run a simple CDR report against one  extension, but I want to see the call time in the report, any ideas how  to acheive this? 

I tried to run a CDR report by user  /extension, but this just shows the CDR record list and you have to  click on the view link (right hand side)to see start and end time in the  CMR, is there a way to generate a report showing call start and end  times for each call during the specified report period?

CDR -> Export CDR/CMR

Enter date range

Check CDR only

Export to file

Import text file into excel

Sort by comma delimited

delete columns that are not relevant

the time column will need to be converted

right click cell -> format cell -> select time format

convert time using formula =(A2-18000)/86400+date(1970,1,1)  Where "A2" is the cell <-- this is the formula to convert to EST time

Good luck and a word of caution this is going to pull lots of data depending on your environment I wouldn't recommend pulling more than a couple of weeks.
