CEoIP PBX end to end loopback

I have 2x3845 with CEM E1 connecting to NEC PBX. the CEM circuit is up but i can't perform loopback test to the PBX to other PBX side.

I tried to use loopback network forn the E1 router controller, and i am getting nothing at the PBX site.

loopback local line from each Router to the PBX on the same site is OK.

Use an RJ45 loopback plug.

I tried, but i can't get singnal/flash on the BPX on the other end.

I will move 1 router to the other site and i will connect both back-to-back, and then i will perform loopback.

How to check weather there is a traffic passing throuhg CEoIP circuit.

Any debug, or capture application?
