CER 7.1(1) - SNMP String RO or RW?

Is there a requirement for the SNMP community string CER (7.1.1.3000003) uses with CUCM (6.1.5.12900-7)) to be RO exclusively, or can an RW string be used as well?

No requirement, you can use either Read Only (RO) or Read Write (RW) both work fine.  CER will only need to read (R) which both contain.
