I loaded older files on my CERs 8.5 to fix a problem. I cannot restart the subscriber. Even when the publisher was down I could not get the pull down menus on the subscriber to reboot it. Under the Cisco Unified OS Admin I see the Show, Settings Security etc menu bars but none will show the pull and I need to pull down the settings options for the restart function. Any ideas ? It was like this before and after I restored the database files. I am trying to do it remotely since I am not at the site.

SSH into it and run "utils system restart".
