CER question

Am presently running CER 11.5.1 question we have been adding lots of jabber clients we have a 150 sites with uses id i add the data subnets which  is where jabber resides at all our sites and associate each sub-net with an erl for that site when someone uses jabber and call 911 it should show the location of the jabber user providing everything is configured properly is this not right ???

We do have cucm also ...

Hello George,

Given the information you provided, the Jabber clients will be tracked via SNMP just like any other phone and will be assigned to the correct ERL based on the subnet.
