Solved: Change Cisco 8851 UI Color

Hello everyone,

What's the process for changing the UI on our 8851s? We are looking to move from the black bottom bar to the white.

The only thing you need is to upgrade the firmware of the phones to the newest one.
The new UI (the white one) is introduced from firmware version 11-5 if I'm not mistaken, but today you have 12-1, so you can install it. Just download from here:

AFAIK that's not configurable, if it changes, most likely is due to a FW version that has that.
