Change ISDN PMX to VOIP telephone provider

Hi,

 

we have to change our telephone provider connection ISDN PMX to new Voip Sip Trunk (telekom) and i'm not sure how to change the configuration.

 

On our side we have a Cisco CAllmanager 6.0.1 with Voicegateway CISCO2821 Version 12.4(15)T1.

 

Can you help me, which main things i have to change?
