change ring volume on the line?

Hi all,

is there a possibility to change on CUCM 8.6 the ring volume per tone? I´ve created three lines on one phone and my goal is to get a ring tone just for the first line, for the other two lines the phone should just flash, not ring.

Did anybody know if it is configurable?

Hi Cristina,

You can disable the ringing capabilities for lines. Follow this instruction:

1. Go to Device-> Phone-> Select the desired phone

2. At the phone page configuraiton, select the desired line

3. Change the parameter:

     Ring Setting (Idle/Active): Disable
