1861E - does it come with a pre-installed CUE module?

Hi Cisco lovers,

Got a 1861E router with voicemail licenses. The main part number is "C1861E-SRST-F/K9" with a description "1861E, 8-user SRST or CME, 4FXS, 4FXO, 8xPOE, SP Svcs, HWIC slot".

According to data sheet http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/routers/ps5853/ps8321/data_sheet_c78-641296.html , "An integrated voicemail and Automated-Attendant solution is available optionally as a factory option".

The question is - does 1861E come with a pre-installed CUE module or it's a different hardware build?

Your model does not have CUE.

Other models, specified in data sheet, do.
