change speed dial on 7975 with 7914

We use a cisco phone type 7975 with an expantion monudule 7914.

I would like to change and add some speed-dial buttons but can't find how to.

Can somebody tell me how to do this?

No.
They don't need to reconfigure all.
They should only activate the web admin
