Hi Joris.
Did you configure a new Phone Button template for 7975 necessary to add speed dials with 7914 module?
Please use this doc as reference.

Just a cisco Engineer wrote it and if people like me know to configure a 7914 module is because we've read also that doc
Anyway, follow these easy steps:
1) go to Device --> Device Settings ---> Phone Button Template
2) Click ADD
3) From the drop down list select Standard 7975Sccp
4) Click Copy
5) Name the new template as eg. 7975-Sccp-7914
6) Click Save.
7) modify line from 7 through 20 as Speed dial
8) click save
9) Go to 7975 phone configuration
10) in phone button template select the created template
...and you're done.

obvious... on the CUCM administration page.
Or, ask to a qualified engineer to help you in this task.

Joris,
The CCM Admin page would be as follows https://0.0.0.0/ccmadmin (replace the 0.0.0.0 with the IP address of your Call Manager). In regards to changing the speed dial when you log into the CCM Admin page go to Device>Phone and do a search either via the directory number or the name (MACaddress of the phone starting with SEP). When you open the phone page either on the right side of the page you will see the configured buttons with the speed dial number or you can go to the top right of the page and under Related Links drop downselect Add\Update Speed Dials from the list.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Yosh

Joris,
now that I've a clearer vision, of your situation, I can tell you that every settings of your IP Phone, are configured through The callmanager administration pages except some presonal settings (eg. ringtone or background).
Another option to modify your speed dial (add/delete/change) is to ask to the company wich istalled the system, to provide you the access to presonal user page, so you can modify some settings of your ip phones.
Hope this would help.

Hi Joris.
To se the CUCM IP address, on your phone use the settigns button (the one with a check in the middle) select network configuration than scroll down to Server TFTP1 and that's the ip address of the CUCM.

Thuesday a support engineer of the company where we bougt the phones was here to change the names.
I asked him for a web interface to change some settings. He said that doesn't exists, he did the changes with putty.exe
I looked for the IP address on my phone, that was the number I tested before, unfortunately without result.

Joris,
My apologies we should've asked what version of CUCM you are using. You have CUCM Express which ia ran on a router. Did the installers leave you any credentials? The way you would log into CUCME would be to use putty (or any ssh software) and select ssh as the protocol and put the IP Address of your CUCME. Once it connects it will prompt you for the username and password. Below is a link for CUCME Administraition Guide which will help you.

Hi Joris.
Please tell the engineer to enable on CME (the phone System) the dn webedit function so that you and your collegues will be able to personalize some settings of your IP Phones by yourselves.
The link that Yosh secified could help engineer to configure this function.

I asked this to our support.
They told me they can do this, but if they do this they need to reconfiggure the complete installation.
Is this correct?
