Change the foreground softkey on Ring-in CP-8865

Hello, 

How can I change the foreground of my CP-8865 when an incomming call is ringing on this phone.

Because the softkeys are hidden behind this wall-"softkey".

I want that when a call arrives on the 8865, I want to see "Answer - Decline - Ignore - Divert" (to divert the call to the assistant)

I don't want to press "Ignore" then press the softkey "Divert"

CUCM Softkey template  is already good, but I have to press the button ignore to see the softkey that i've configured on the Softkey template. Is there any solution to avoid or update this popup ringing wall.

You cannot change the actionable items, you'll only get answer, decline and ignore.
