Change the Time of No Answer Ring Duration CUCM

Hi,

In the CUCMv8, How I can change the default time in seconds to the parameter "No Answer Ring Duration" in the CUCM´s?

I need to change "no answer ring duration" to 20 seconds in all phones.

Thanks!

Hi,

Changing the number of times a Cisco IP Phone rings before  forwarding to voice mail or another station is accomplished by  changing a service parameter.

  1. From the Cisco CallManager Administration web pages, select Service > Service Parameters.
  2. Select Cisco CallManager from the list and then choose the Cisco CallManager service from the list on the left. The parameter that needs to be changed is titled Forward No Answer Timeout. By default, it has a value of 12 seconds. A typical ring cycle is approximately 4 seconds.
