Hello,
Is it possible to change your Call Forward All from your mobile phone, so remotely when you are out of the office?
Imagine the situation where you don't have Mobility set up, or where you have Mobility (Mobile Connect) set up but you disabled it while you were at the office. Now you left the office and remember you forgot to either forward your phone to your mobile number, or forgot to reenable Mobility.
Is there a way to do this without having to log in to the ccmuser webpage? Because this page is barely usable from a mobile phone, plus you'd need to make a VPN to work because the site is not published to a public IP. Perhaps with some sort of DTMF tones when you call in to Mobile Voice Access?
Sincerely,
Ruud van Strijp

Ruud,
It's good to have feature but unfortunately not possible with present releases of CUCM.

Hi Ruud,
We can not change CFAll using remote phone device. You have to make sure that mobility is enabled or we have access to ccmuser page.

Hmm, that's quite a big feature to miss. Too bad, let's hope it'll be available in a new version.

Ruud,
I understand your concern. Cisco Partners/Customer's can approach to CAM ( Channel Account Management ) team if this feature means a lot to their business. CAM will then file a Product Enhancedment Request with BU for this feature. After due consideration BU will/might include the same in new releases. You never know the feature might be very much in roadmap already but the news is negative at this moment.
If you really like to keep track of it, you might want to remain in touch with Cisco's PDI Helpdesk team as well periodically to see if any such thing is in progress.
I hope above pointers will help you going forward.
