We have changed our IP Address of our Cisco UC Servers and I noticed that in Jabber, we are unable to use the Visual Voicemail feature. I have narrowed it down that we have the old Unity IP Address. The Address is currently greyed out so I can not change it. So I presumed that there is a setting in the configuration file that would need to be modified. Where do I need to make this change at?
