Changing Callmanager Manager Administrator password

Hello All ,

can we change callmanager admin password and username , as our auditor requested to change this username and password . we have three nodes in the cluster . any risk involed in it .

Hi

Yes you can change the administrator user name and password using SSH session.

Login to an SSH into the node*(for which you'd like to change it) and type in the following command:

utils reset_ui_administrator_name

it will prompt you to enter a new name

then use

utils reset_ui_administrator_password

it will ask you for the new password

Enter and its done
