hi all,
i tried to create custom background image for 8845, i follow instruction for all steps.
it was working for about 50 ip phones successfully, but there is about 5 ip phones can`t find my new custom image.
any suggestions

Hi,
Those phones probably cannot connect successfully to tftp server to download the image list and the backgrounds.
This could also be caused by an error of secure connection to the TFTP. I suggest to delete security settings of those phones through Admin Settings Menu than Erase Security Settings.

i tired to rest security setting from IP phone 8845 (from the IP phone it self ) with no change.
background dose not appear in background to select

Hi Ahmed,
Make sure that connectivity exists between those IP Phones and CUCM.
You can also download tftp logs through Real time monitoring tool and see if you can see requests coming from those Ip Phones.
If you can, please post RTMT TFTP logs here so we can give a look
