Hi
I have a SIP trunk connected to H323 gateway , that registered to cucm 11. the SIP is 100 lines , each two lines will serve one company and there are two operators for all companies, I need to help the operators to differentiate between the coming calls by changing the alerting name :
12345101-12345102 for company 1 (alerting will be COM-1)
12345103-12345104 for company 2 (alerting will be COM-2)
12345105-12345106 for company 3 (alerting will be COM-3) etc
any idea will be appreciated

The first thing you should do is eliminate the use of H.323 between CUCM and the gateway. This is an unnecessary protocol translation.
Once that's done, one option would be to use a SIP Profile to manipulate whichever identity header you're using (e.g. P-Asserted-Identity Remote-Party-ID, From, etc) to include the company name. You would apply this to the CUCM-facing dial-peer(s).
