When I press the voicemail button that looks like binoculars it doesn't prompt me for a PIN. It says I can enter an extension at any time or else transfer to an operator. I try entering my own extension but it says invalid. Nobody answers when it tries to go to operator (says "district office." (I'm in a school district.) I swear when I first started a couple months ago I could press the binoculars button and check my voicemail by entering my PIN but now I can't figure out how to get prompted for the PIN again. My red light has been on signifying I have a message.
