CIPC in version 8.6 does not show the RTCP statistics by default. To enable this in CUCM is an easy task on the device level, but how is that done in CME? I was looking around in the ephone configuration, but no luck.

Hi Patrick,
Currently, there is no RTCP support on CME for sccp/sip phones. Not sure if it is on the roadmap for a future release as of yet.
