Hello,
I have CIPC at several locations. When I push "directory" button at HQ , I can see missed calls,received,places,By name,By location etc
This is what is set up at a server for directory.
When I do the same at different location, all I see is missed,places and received calls.
I collected sniffer for "non-working location" and do not see any HTTP request at all.
I collected sniffer for "working location" and I see HTTP/XML response back with all the right details.
What could be the issue? why is http packets not seen on other locations.
when I open a browser at other location, I can reach the server without issues so this is not a routing issue as well. The network is flat and voice and data is not seperated,
Can anyone give me pointers? I am checking firwall settings too
