You need to configure ephone-template to enable meet-me softkey...

Use this link to configure correctly..

http://uc500.com/files/CME-4-1-HW-Conf-Tech-Tip.pdf

e.g

ephone-template 1

softkeys hold Join Newcall Resume Select

softkeys idle Cfwdall ConfList Dnd Join Newcall Pickup Redial RmLstC

softkeys seized Endcall Redial Meetme Cfwdall Pickup Enable MeetMe softkey in seized/offhook state

softkeys connected ConfList Confrn Endcall Hold Join Park RmLstC Select Trnsfer

Yes this works now . Thanks

hI guys,

i am new in the cisco world, i need to configure a cipc to be used over VPN connection. what is the parameters that i need to define in the cme so that the cipc will work no matter from what network interface i am using. i have registered a cipc in the internal network using the mac address of the lan and it worked but over vpn it is a different case. i have registered all possible mac addresses vpn, wireless, lan and stil not working.

please can you assisst.

I usually use my VPN adapter mac address. What is the problem you are experiencing? Does your CIPC not register?

You also need to ensure that your CME can route to the VPN adapter ip address
