CIPC (SIP) and blank Translation Pattern (PLAR) not working

I’ve setup Auto Registration Calling Search Space and did a  urgent Translation Pattern (blank) to 55-555 (PLAR)

But when I go offhook on CIPC(SIP) it doesn’t do the PLAR.  I can manually dial 55-5555.  I don't have a 79xx SIP phone yet to test with.

Any ideas on why the CIPC SIP phone isn’t using the blank Translation Pattern?  I'm using TAPS to setup new SIP 69xx phones.

CallManager 9.1.1.20000-5

CIPC (SIP) 8.6.3.0

Hi,

When using SIP phones, you need a SIP Dial Rule.

Then you assign the SIP dial rule to the phone (under Protocol Specific Information).
