In my call manager some of my CIPC showing Unkown .some CIPC are registered .Any help most welcome.

Hi Kiran,
What is the CUCM version u are using and have enough licenses [DLUs, if CUCM version 6/7/8]?
Secondly, have u added correct MAC address in Call manager ?

CUCM Version 9.Previous those phones are registered

Pls check the connectivity from PC where the CIPC is installed to CUCM if ping is enabled and Verify the TFTP IP address and device name in the CIPC settings

Did u do any CUCM upgradation?
What about the licenses u are using? Are u using them as Adjunct device ?

My CUCM is freshly installed.Im using Demo License.After Restarting call Manager Services it si Working.Thank for your help.
