Hello team am from Ghana and my new boss want as to use Mitel 5320 Ip phones in our new office with the Cisco 1900. I need help to configure and also the mitel 5320 won’t boot. I have tried most POE switch’s but don’t boot the phone.

i need solutions please and also attached tools or equipment to do the setups please.

I think you need to find another job.  Your boss might be setting you up to fail.  

A Cisco Catalyst 1900 switch does not even support PoE.  That switch is 10 Mbps only.  That model is already EoL >15 years ago.
