Cisco 2911 PVDM Module issue .

I have installed a 2911 router with PVDM , 

There is a problem that no voice commands are accepting............

Telephony service , ephone,....commands are unrecognised commands.....

Note:-The PVDM0 light is orange  ( is this a hardware fault or software issue ??? ) 

#show inventory-- command displays the PVDM3 16 with its serial number

Any suggestions to resolve this issue .

Can you please post the show tech from gateway or Show version?

I think your router isn't having UCk9 license. Without this license, the router won't accept any voice command.

PVDM isn't related to this problem.

To confirm my thought, please share the output of the command "show license feature"
