Cisco 2921 - Outbound Fax from Castelle Fax Server via VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE

Hi -  We have a Cisco 2921 with c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M3.bin with uc and ipbase licensd features.

The 2921 has a VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1 (running as E1) for voice termination and also has 2 x VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE for connectivity to the fax server.

All L3 isdn is up (multiple frames established) and no errors on controllers or interfaces.

Inbound faxing is fine, however, outbound faxes are of poor quality.

I have noticed that outbound faxes report dsp resource errors as below, however, we have plenty of dsps as below:

1 x PVDM3-32

1 x PVDM3-64

with no sccp dsp resources defined for xcoders, cfbs etc I would expect these all to be available for voice termination?

q931 debug extract is below
